Constructed of any of the range of Linatex
rubber products and vulcanized to a full steel backing, Linaclads
are designed to take the punch of heavy impact or heaving screening
loads. Typically used in scalping or trash removal, sizing material
at openings of 1” or larger, or for rinsing applications, Linaclad
is more forgiving than other elastomeric screen panels and can take
more abuse from aggressive materials.
Features / Benefits
- Full steel backing can support heavier loads even as the
panel wears thin
- Openings in the steel backing are generally 1/8” to ¼”
larger in diameter than those in the Linatex or Linard wear surface
which allows near-size particles to either be knocked through or
out of the opening by overriding coarse materials, thereby
preventing plugging and increasing productivity
- Hooked panels are available for installation or decks may
be inexpensively modified for bolt down panels, resulting in more
cost effective screen replacements and better load distribution on
the screen
- Tensioning is simplified – panels will not
whip
- Superior wear life and efficiency from a wide range of
Linatex Premium Rubber
