DUR-X-LINE DISCHARGE elbows

Dur-X-Line® discharge elbows are reinforced with nearly triple their normal thickness of abrasion-resistant material at critical wear points to ensure longer life. Available in reversible and center discharge styles. The “reversible” style eliminates the need to stock separate left and right hand spouts.  Since the elbows are molded in two pieces, you don’t have to replace an entire spout when the bottom half wears out.

Dur-X-Line® urethane spray flanges

Dur-X-Line® urethane spray flanges deflect water evenly to wash material consistently and prevent isolated wear on the screen surface.  By eliminating nozzles, they also reduce clogging.  Unlike steel or brass spray deflectors, Dur-X-Line® flanges won’t become sharp due to wear.  This reduces the chances of injury during equipment maintenance.  Installation is easy–flanges clamp onto the spray pipes with no additional support needed.

Linatex manufactures a variety of belt scraper configurations with the proper profile, mounting system, and urethane compound to perform in your application.  Dur-X-Line® scrapers will provide long life and effective belt cleaning while maintaining enough flexibility to allow belt splices to pass without damage to the splice or the scraper.

Urethane classifier shoes

Urethane classifier shoes typically last 2-3 times longer than ni-hard, white iron or other metal.  They are much lighter than metal, machine bearing life is longer and they require less power for operation.  Their flexibility helps them to conform to irregularities of the screw flight.  Sand Classifier Shoes are also available molded in a contour configuration which offers a tighter fit to the screw.

These flexible urethane devices are a cost-effective alternative to rubber or metal parts. They replace conventional rubber seals and ni-hard or steel guide assemblies. The unique cone design holds it shape and provides a better seal over the products lifetime than other plugs or seals. They are designed & custom molded to fit your equipment.
