LINAGARD OSR

Linagard OSR is a high quality uncured Polychloroprene based rubber compound that provides resistance to oils, specific chemicals and weathering.

Linagard OSR has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the Oil Sands industry.

What differentiates Linagard OSR from other Polychloroprene compounds is that it provides oil, chemical and weather resistance in addition to unmatched abrasion resistance.

Standard thickness dimensions will vary within each Weir Minerals global region. Please contact your local Weir Minerals office to confirm

Standard thickness range: 6.0mm, 10.0mm, 12.0mm (approx. 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2")

Moulded components are available and made to order

Available as a liner within mining hose manufactured by Linatex

STORAGE

The shelf life of the Linagard OSR compound is dependent upon the temperature at which the compound is stored. The information below provides a guide of the expected shelf life at various temperature ranges:

*  2 months at or below 25oC / 77oF

*  4 months at or below 15oC / 59oF

*  6 months at or below 10oC / 50oF

Do not store under direct heat or sunlight
