LINATEX® VS rubber

Linatex® VS is an uncured natural rubber compound designed specifically for use in fine slurry applications where hot bonding is the preferred method of installation.

Using the same formulation principles employed in its industry standard Linatex® cured sheet, Linatex have created a product that worldwide field tests confirm provides a differentiated wear performance, when compared to competitor uncured natural rubber compounds.

SIZES AND AVAILABILITY

  • Standard sheet dimensions will vary within each Linatex global region. Please contact your local Weir Mienrals / Linatex office to confirm
  • Standard thickness range: 6.0mm, 10mm and 12.0mm (approx. 1/4"; 3/8", and 1/2")

STORAGE

  • The shelf life of the Linatex VS compound is dependent upon the temperature at which the compound is stored
  • 6 months at or below 40 degrees C / 104 degrees F
  • Do not store under direct heat or sunlight
