Cavex® Dewatering Canisters overcome the capacity concerns of the small hydrocyclones by combining numerous small hydrocyclones in one assembly.

Features

  • D50 cut point of 10m
  • Underflows with +75% w/w solids
  • Less than 2% w/wsolids in the overflow capacity
  • 40CVX canister 30-50 m3/hr
  • 100CVX canister 100-150 m3/hr
These dewatering canisters were developed to dewater large volumes effectively, with each canister consisting of either 16x Cavex 40CVX hydrocyclones or 8x Cavex 100CVX hydrocyclones. Each canister can act as an individual hydrocyclone or a cluster of canisters can be fabricated
